We sell the full line of any of the brands you see on our website, plus many other brands not listed. Please call us if you don't see what you are looking for.
2. If you're not buying directly from the manufacturer, how do you get your merchandise?
We take products in consignment and sell them for our clients. We furthermore purchase our products from other jewellery stores, authorized dealers, and respected industry wholesalers.
3. Do your watches come with serial numbers?
Every timepiece we sell comes complete with all boxes, warranty paperwork, instruction manuals, and serial numbers.
4. Are Horlogemakelaars.nl's products new?
All of the new timepieces that we sell are factory fresh, current production models, in perfect working condition. They come complete with all boxes, tags, warranty paperwork, instruction manuals, and serial numbers. We also sell certified pre-owned watches.
5. Do your products come with a warranty?
We honour the full manufacturer's warranty on all of the products that we sell.
6. Do I get the manufacturer's warranty?
Because Horlogemakelaars.nl is not an authorized dealer for the products that we sell; the manufacturer may or may not honour their original warranty. Horlogemakelaars.nl will always honour the full manufacturer's warranty and repair your product during the warranty period.
7. Is Horlogemakelaars.nl an "Authorized Dealer"?
Horlogemakelaars.nl is not an "Authorized Dealer" for the brands that we sell. We have chosen not to be an "Authorized Dealer" so that we can offer you the best value for your money.
8. How can I pay my order?
Our prices are based on advance payment by cash or bank transfer...
9. Can I return my order?
As a rule, customers cannot return products unless they have been sent the wrong order or the goods are faulty.
10. Are the prices as stated on the website total prices?
Our prices exclude packaging, transport and insurance. May you check back for local taxes or tax free purchases.
11. What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email with the confirmation of your placed order from us. This also accounts for when payment has been received and confirmed, and when we ship your order.
12. What to do if I did not receive my order?
You can always send us an email or give us a call if you did not receive your order within the discussed delivery period. Don't forget to mention your order number, so we can help you faster and better.
13. Can I cancel my order?
An order can not be cancelled when its payment has been confirmed.
14. Can I swim or shower with a leather strap?
Non-Waterpro straps should not be submerged in water. Waterpro straps are water resistant, but are not impervious to water & should not be submerged in water for extended periods of time. .
15. What to do with leather strap?
Strap too long? Shorten by cutting off the unneeded portion from the long end of the strap with a sharp pair of scissors.
Do NOT expose straps to gases or chemicals (Ex: fragrance sprays, detergents, insecticides, etc.) Stains made by dye, paints and oily substances may be difficult to remove. Due to the composition of the material, straps may harden or discolour after extensive use.
