All our watches are delivered in factory new condition in their original packaging, including presentation box, instruction documents and official manufacturers' guarantee certificates. All our watches come with factory guarantee, effective from date of delivery.

Horlogemakelaars.nl, is not an official dealer for any brand listed on the website.
Payments
Our prices are based on advance payment by cash or bank transfer.
Returns
As a rule, customers cannot return products unless they have been sent the wrong order or the goods are faulty.
Prices

Consignment
We are always accepting consignments. If you have a fine watch or piece of jewelry that you no longer wear, let us sell it for you. Consigning your valuable to Horlogemakelaars.nl is a very smart way to go. We will market your item via the internet and among our private customers. We sell 90% of consigned merchandise within 8-10 weeks. And the best part is there is no extra charge to you. The price we agree upon is the amount you will receive once the item is sold. All transactions are charged in EURO currency
For international orders we only accept Bank Wire Transfer in advance
We do not accept Paypal, Google checkout, credit cards or money orders from international customers.
Horlogemakelaars.nl is not responsible for any additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. Since custom and duty policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for an estimate of these additional fees before ordering. These costs must be paid locally and directly by the customer.
Please note that Horlogemakelaars.nl must declare the full value that you paid for your watch on the shipment.
